9208 Genoa- Footings and Forms

This week Genoa got kicked off. The footings were dug and passed inspection. Today the footings were poured and this afternoon the slab was formed. Eddy's guys will start digging the trenches for the plumbing rough-in this Saturday.

9208 Genoa- Permitted

I picked up the building permit for 9208 Genoa. The electrical power pole was installed today and will be inspected tomorrow. My concrete contractor mobilized today, and the footings will most likely be dug Wednesday.

4012 107th Roof Framing

Chad started framing the roof today. It is an 8/12 roof pitch. Every step from here on will really start to shape the house. I'm taking delivery of some stone for the exterior tomorrow just to be ready for the following week.

10702 Orlando Ave- Garage

The garage floor was poured yesterday along with the safe room walls and top. Once Chad gets the roof up on 4012 107th, he will begin plating this house. Im really looking forward to seeing this house go up.

4012 107th Street Framing Progress

The ceiling joist are complete. Next week the roof will be installed.

10702 Orlando Ave- Safe Room

The safe room was installed yesterday by the block masons. Tomorrow the CMU block cells will be filled with rebar and concrete slurry and a 4" concrete top will be poured. It is built according to the Texas Tech Wind Research specifications.

Tech Terrace Back House -RENTED-
