9208 Genoa - Lot Cleared

I closed on the lot this week and it was cleared of all trash and weeds this morning.
I had several neighbors come out and say how happy they are to see a house getting started on this lot. It has sat empty for 4 years. Should be able to get started in early August. Look out Day Estates, 3 young kiddos are headed your way.

10702 Orlando Avenue Permit Issued

Picked up the permit this week from the city. Will be ready to start breaking ground soon.

4012 107th Street Basement Progress

I chose to construct the basement for this house using the "trench" method. The perimeter of the basement is cut out using a 12' trenching blade. The trench is filled with #4 rebar and concrete. After the concrete cures for 1 week, the center is excavated and a concrete floor is installed. The center was dug out on Friday and I should be ready for basement trusses early this coming week.
