Lots of activity

This week has been a tornado of activity with good progress on all 3 houses. I will be posting pics this weekend. I also purchased one of the last lots in Day Estates on 92nd and Grover for a future house starting in late October...

4012 107th -Listed For Sale

The framing is 99% complete so I was able to get other trades started on the inside.

Last weeks' activities included: Roof Dry-In, Plumbing Stack Out, A/C Rough In, and Exterior Brick and Stone. I also listed the house with Milad of New Home Brokers. Check out this listing on his website below.

55 yards of concrete later, we have a slab on Genoa Ave. Later in the day it was saw cut for expansion joints. Perfect weather today for pouring concrete.

9208 Genoa- Ready for Slab Pour

I took Ava over to help me inspect the slab backfill a couple nights ago. She was not a happy camper. I think all the dirt piles scared her. She later gathered herself up to inspect my storm water silt fences. She said they were OK and gave me a green tag. The slab will be poured Tuesday morning.

4012 107th Street Framing Progress

The elevation is taking shape. Tomorrow the roof decking will be installed.
I anticipate the brick to be installed starting next Monday.

The rough cut cedar entrance is my favorite part of this house.
