10702 Orlando Ave - Blitz Week

It was finally Orlando's turn to experience Blitz week. The framing was complete so the windows were installed, the roof was dried in, the plumbing was stacked out and the HVAC system was installed. I expect the electrical system and the fireplace to be installed Monday and Tuesday. I really like the way this house sits on the lot. It is visible from the main boulevard and the owners will be able to see down two streets at once.
