All this framing work in 1 week. It's amazing what 6 guys can do.

9302 Grover Closed

I closed on Grover on Wednesday. This couple is moving in today and having a big time. I haven't made it by there yet to get my picture made with Ava. Here are a few sneak pictures of the finished product. Christiane will get by there later and take some better pics.

Curry Crawfish Boil

This afternoon we went over to Monica and Ryan's house for their first annual crawfish boil. Ryan had 125lbs of crawfish flown in from Lousianna. He also cooked up sausage, potatoes and corn. It was an awesome event. Many thanks to the Currys for hosting us all.

9105 Hyden -Framing almost complete

1 week ago all I had was a slab.

1 week later the house looked like this after 14 men framed it.

Even some quail stopped by to check out the action.

6306 77th Street- Slab down

We got the slab down a day before the big rain. That saved us a week of time!! When the sun comes out, this house will go up quick.

4010 107th -Basement Started

Got 4010 107th Street kicked off this week. Now we will just wait on the rain to quit, so we can dig out the basement. This is going to be a really unique house. I cant wait to see it come together.
